For a luxurious cubicle system CLEAR Spot is constructed on glass panel with various finishing or compact panel or combination of glass and compact panel. Materials All the accessories system shall be made of aluminum extrusion with natural anodized or black coating finishes. Partitions Glass panel are 10mm single clear or colored tempered glass with ceramic fritted finishes with various type of color or pattern or Laminated glass comprise of 5mm clear or colored tampered glass and 3 layer of 0.38mm PVB with sides flat polish. Compact panel or known as phenolic resin panels are manufactured from sheets of special kraft and decorative papers, impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resins, fused together under heat and high pressure. The partition shall be 12mm thick compact panel. Doors shall be 600mm, supported by a pair of integrated hinges and bracket with door idle opening option and fixed to pilasters, complete with coat hook (as door bumper) and lock with indicator. Pilasters shall supported by two height adjustable pedestals which provide ground clearance from 70mm to 200mm, anchored to floor using bolt and screw. All the pilasters shall be stabilized with aluminum headsection along all pilasters with door stopper attached to headsection. Door blind and hinge blind shall be attached to pilaster to provide privacy. End pilasters shall be embedded to wall using bracket and screw. Divider (intermediate partitions) embedded to wall using aluminum wall bracket and pilasters using integrated hinges or aluminum bracket. The small number of accessories and profiles required for this system enables fast and efficient installation. Its floor anchored system with sturdy aluminium footing enables the system to be stable and rigid. 19 mm compact laminate boards are used for the cubicle doors and pilasters instead of the regular 12mm boards allowing the system to more robust. The absence of posts and head rails in the NatureSPOT cubicle system results in an uninterrupted view of the doors and pilasters, so all that is seen is the beautiful colours of SPOT compact laminate boards.
